Created the background.

After I decided what font I should use I started to create the text separately.

I used several text layers and different font size to make it nice ;)

For the creation of the ring I used 2 circles with different contrast.
step 5 of 7
deleted a part of them to assemble it like a ring. the shadowed part of the ring should be under the bright sided ring side layer.
step 6 of 7
created half of the tower with path tool.
step 7 of 7
duplicated the half tower, flipped it horizontally and made it one tower and then again i duplicated that tower to create another one.
