I used the clone stamp tool on the original picture to remove the tourist who was on the wall.
Afterwards i copied the bottom layer and used overlay and 60% opacity on the 2nd layer.

Then i used the lasso tool on the wall, hills, sky and the flowers and made new layers that i filled with different colors and overlay 100% opacity.

Finally i added a lot of adjustment layers to change the mood of the picture. I usually change track several times during this phase so it's hard to say what to do. Just play around with the blending modes and the opacity until you get it right.
