Original image treated to radial blur (ZOOM) filter. Layer blend set to pin light. This is over a layer filled with black.

A hue/sat adjustment made.

Duplicted original image and to this copy applied a motion blur filter. 0 degrees by 600. The blend mode of this layer is set to lighten and place at top of layer stack so far.

The results of the two layers with their blend modes set. The upper layer was warped to form a curve.

My glass domes are a series of layers with circular brushes to create the color circles FX's applied. Opacity of each layer adjusted for transparent look.

Panted some light. The sand at foreground is from original...its just scaled up and skewed.

Shadows painted in and 3 Fill layers added. Hue/Saturation, Levels and Curves. The final image was cropped as you see it.
