I sketched the Powerpuff Girls using the reference picture for poses and the shapes.

Starting with Blossom, I started to make zombi-fy them.

Continue zombi-fication with Bubbles.

Then zombi-fy Buttercup.

Ink the Powerpuff Zombies before coloring.

Because when this was taken down before they said I used photographic images for the teeth (which I think is a great compliment).
I used a Sharpie pen to outline the teeth then colored in with Prismacolor colored pencils. The exact ones were:
-Sand #PC940
-Black #PC935
-White #PC938
-Cloud Blue #PC1023
-Cool Grey 30% #PC1061
-Tuscan Red #PC937
