Created the apple from the top of the burger & the tree, transform, warp, some pen adjustments, etc.

Clonned- repaired background around the apple - represented by the white shape.

The most complicated part was to create a realistic render of the apple, using multiple clipping masks with lights, shades, highlights.
Background was made with 4 layers of cut out filter some hue & color adjustments, each layer with mask so that they intersect, and some blur + the canvas texture.
