The B/Gis my attempt at simulating wood grain. Rendered fibers set the layer blend to multiply and put the layer over two other layers of color. Purple layer'sopacity is lowerd.

The text was made by using the vertical text mask over a layer of colors. (masked the black)

The CD case is made by applying a stroke FX with the fill of that stroke a, from black to white, gradient. Some drop shadow also.
