Resize the flame with free transform rotate and set the layer blend mode to hard light

Next i inserted the lady into the image.
I used free transform to resize and rotate into position.
Then i added a hue saturation adustment layer to set the colour tone

I added the text layers 'Dido' & 'no angel'
The text text layer were then converted to a raster layer and style effects added Outer glow, bevel & emboss, stroke.

Replace the image of the original lady with a Dido photo. A layer mask was used to blend the photo. A colour adjustment was also used to match the new photos tone with the cover
