Burn dark lines on the face, some dodge. Applied dodge to eyes to bring out lights.

Create a dark layer (Brightness/Contrast) for deep shadows

Create light layer (Bright / Contrast) for highlights

Adjust color of teeth with Color Balance adjustment layer

To create a dark background, applied Invert adjustment layer

Smudge, adjust, remix levels for blending. Added final layer of soft white paint to enhance light on right side.
