fill background with any colour.
using round size 1or 3 brush sketch outline

paint white of eye.
using hard and soft edge brushs paint pupil - changing brush size- large to small.

Paint eyeball lines with highlight colour- use eraser.. opacity19% -soft edge and soften lines- blend.

using shades of red/pink/grey and soft blue add depth to eyeball. use eraser to blend and soften

bring outline layer to the top.
turn off eye black centre.
paint baby , add highlights
use soft eraser to blend and soften infant.

chose dark shade of eye and small hard brush- size 1 - paint eyelashes. soften with eraser.

draw heart shape tears add shade hilight. soften with eraser.

choose 3 shades of blue for back ground. fill with darkest shade. use large soft brush and radomly dab lightest colour then mid colour.

paint wings.. white. drag to below eye layers.

paint 3 more layers and soften each layer to provide depth.
