I started by drawing the shape of a head

I then started on the hat, I wanted the hat to have a tin can shape so I just drew a can with a string holding it on.

then to make it look more like a hat I added a rim to the can.

I then drew the zip.

after the zip I decided to add flowers to the rim of the hat.

I then decided to add a small fan to the hat.

then I added the horn.

I then thought It would be funny to have snakes holding the hat on.

Lastly I added colour, using the brush tool and using a lighter colour for the light parts and a darker colour for the shadow.
