cloned part of skull to from base of the house and made chimney from skull

made door from pieces of skull head and changed layer blending options, same with foot path

Laundry poles and wires where made from skull parts and played with bevel and emboss, also the wires where made using pen tool and stroked wit 1px black brush

I painted the character in and finished with a gradient adjustment layer
