Added a Hue and saturation layer set to only effect the man

added the smoke,, used Warp to pull it the way I wanted it, set the layer to screen and lowered the opacitiy

I then used the darken brush on some areas

I isolated the jersey and copied it to it's own layer above all the rest. set the layer to multiply and lowered the opacity to 63%

I duplicated the background and used High Pass and set the layer to hard light, lowering the opacity
