change the RGB mode on lab mode

then duplicate the layer on step 4 go to channel panel and apply a high pass filter on lightness then change the blend mode to soft light .

make a empty layer fill with gray 50% and dodge and burn the lines on the face .

On this point I saved the file ,,,but later I wasnt happy with the result so I open the jpg in camera raw from mini bridge and I did some adjustments on colors and contrast.
