makin text with pen tool.then smudge it for dripping design.then adding blur filter for no sharp edge.draw the bg'(white)with pen tool,and again blur effect.

next i draw "1" with softedge brush to have a spray look.then with various grunge brushes make the wall dirty/used crack brush for all the cracks for the old worn out feel.in the end,dublicate the main brick bg',bring it to the top and desaturate it to black and white.decrease the opacity.
