I used T. Jefferson from a picture I took in a hotel in S.Dakota. I cut him out and softened the back of his head.

I cut out the plane from this picture by Tim Beach and removed all the markings. I then put it on a layer over the face.

Then I did the same thing with this picture of the Enterprise. I gave it a black background... added some color to blend, and "stars"
