Use cloning brush at 50%

cut half of cloned face and flip

Blend

add shadow by using soft black brush to side of face then erase excess black
step 5 of 7
Add a piece of original fore head and use as texture
step 6 of 7
do the following and then put layer in "overlay" mode to give texture which you can copy and move to any part of face

Clean up teeth
