Simple cube, I measured my card and found that the ratio was 2.5 to 3.5 for height to width so I stuck with this.

A bunch of rotating and moving just to make this up, I did have to make sure that all the edges did not merge with each other.

Threw a box for the floor, the wall behind and the skirting board.

3 point light setup around the object with just one main light casting an area shadow.

This was my set up for taking pictures of the cards for the textures.

Just a screen shot of the pictures that I took, displayed in bridge, ignor the other pictures, it was just a cool fly :-p.
