Cloned out power line and light as they were distracting to the image.

altered the brightness. Then duplicated image, blurred and layer masked the very front part to create a depth of field.

Cut out and added the girl.

Redrew the hair and feather so that image looked more realistic.

Added a drop shadow and a grounding shadow (a darker one just below the shoes).

Cut out and added the goggles.

Extended the goggles to fit, added a shadow and also the lenses (made new lenses to get rid of the unwanted reflection).

Drew basic guide lines for the cyborg. These were just an idea which I changed as I went along.

Made the circles and lines where I thought they looked best.

Softened the skin using surface blur and then dodged and burned the lines.

Close up with and without dodge and burn.

Added the moon
