first i cut the van out with the pen tool

next i added the stripe using the pen tool to make the selection, filled the selection, then change the layer blend mode

next i brought in the graffiti images

next i used layer masks

added drop shadow to the wall graffiti layer

made the paint look like it was torn and added drop shadow
