A Work in Progress: Mist

I started off with making the bottle use a 10 sided cylinder with a few height segments, and deleted the phong tag. Then moved some part in and out to create the shape I wanted.

I took the inside layer of the bottle and I duplicated and moved down the top, I did this to create the liquid layer.

Used a cube made just larger on each axis than the bottle. Then detached the top poly and used knife cuts to create the open top and flap. Then I used the extrude tool to give it some thickness. I exported the UV and made a custom texture for this, but I kept the other textures simple using those from the content browser, maybe some minor adjustments on those.

This was the texture that was used on the customer UV.

Added some text with the same font as used on the box. and an extrude nurb. placed it just about on the surface of the glass.

Made 3 softbox lights, these are area lights and planes with a full luminance texture applied to them.

Camera set up plus an additional floor and background with a compositing tag to create an infinite floor effect.
