Select each shape and transform - flip vertical and place on top of each other. make a copy of the second shape reduce size and place on top of second shape.

choose original background color and make new layer below the above mentioned shape.
use paintbrush with chalk brush and color black and paint background .. use color green for grass and blue for sky.
sketch using pen tablet with flow at 10% and opacity jitter set as pen pressure.

make new layer choose color white and round brush and paint water onto the fountain.
add a few finishing touches to sky and grass by putting color variations and clouds.
