These hills were created using the oiltank primitive. I added a UV map modifier to make the material fit better

The tubes were just that tube primitives with the top few poly extruded.

The wall blocks were a simple box primitive with some of the edges extruded to created the blocks.

The man eating plant was created from two half spheres and then two torus for the lips. The teeth are just vertex pulled out from the lips.

The coins are simple cylinders with the edge polys extruded.

Little mushrooms again not to difficult. The top is made from a half sphere, while the stalk is a cylinder. The top was pulled up slightly with an FFD modifier

The finish flag consists of a cylinder with a taper modifier on it. A sphere at the top of the cylinder and a simple plane for the flag.

The other green hills were created again using the oil tank primitive with lots of taper modifier on them.

The lighting setup is a dome with a sky image. The whole image is lit by a single target direct to simulate the sun, and a simple omni to illuminate the BG image.
