Masked the icicles and then used Fractius to give the ice a bit more dimension. Used this layer with about 21% fill in the final image

Took the orignal masked image of the ice and applied Unsharpen to it to sharpen up the edges a bit
step 3 of 3
Used "Redfield Perfectum" to smooth (blur) the whole image for the background. Then did some touch ups to the background to remove some lines from the image
