A Work in Progress: Weired ring of lights

Open Adobe Photoshop then click on File---->New and from Preset select Custom and change it Width to 1240 (pixels) and Height to 1080 (pixels) then click on okay button..................Fill the white image with black color to do so make your foreground color black then select Paint Bucket Tool after than click on the image. Now click on Filter--->Render then click on Lens Flare and place then sun right to the middle of the image with 90% brightness and 50-300mm Zoom lens then click on ok button.

Now click on Filter--->Sketch then select Chrome and set the Detail to 0 and smoothness to 5 then click on ok button.

Now it's time to add some wave on it so we mush go to Filter---->Distort then click on Wave:
Number of Generators: 3
Type: Sine
Wavelengh: Min (10) Max (123)
Amplitude: Min (5) Max (35)
Scale: Horiz (100%) Vert (100%)
Undefined Areas: Repeat Edge Pixels after you done click on Randomize till you get the perfect look after that click on ok

Select the background layer and press ctrl+j to make a layer from background and again go to Filter--->Distort then Wave and Randomize a few times without changing anything and click on ok then change the mode of the layer from Normal to Screen

Press ctrl+j to duplicate the Layer 1 and it'll automatic change it mode to screen now click on Filter----> Distort then Wave then Randomize it a few times then click on ok.

Do the same action again, press ctrl+j to duplicate (Layer 1 Copy) and go to Filter--->Distort and Wave again Randomize a few times then click on ok.

Again press ctrl+j to duplicate the (Layer 1 copy 2) then go to Filter--->Distort then Wave and Randomize a few times after than\t click on ok button.

Again do the same action, press ctrl+j again Filter-->Distort then wave and Randomize it few times then click ok button.

Alright! adding wave is enough now, this time we need to transform our layers to make some layers bigger and some of them smaller, select the layer and press ctrl+t from keyboard then you have choice to make it small or big, keep transforming all the layers except Background

Alright! duplicate the background then delete it and keep the duplicate one and transform it to make it size big or small it's your choice. No go to Image---->Adjustments and click on Hue/Saturation then tick the Colorize box and set the Hue to 200 and Saturation 50 and lightness to 0 then press ok button

Now go to Layer--->New then layer and click on ok (ctrl+shift+n) then click on eye icon to invisible the layer we were working on then fill the new layer with black color then click on Filter--->Render and click on Lens Flare but this time select 105mm Prime and set the brightness to 100% then click on ok button.

Now press ctrl+t from your keyboard to transform it and make it very thin then ctrl+j to copy the layer again transform it and keep doing so till you make a star from that then change the mode all the layers to screen except the invisible one.

Now go to Layer---->Merge Visible to make all the visible layers one then click on the eye icon to visible the layer we worked on then select that layer we made star from then set it mode to screen after that go to Layer----->Flatten Image to get your Weired ring of light background.
