Open Adobe Photoshop then go to File---->New and from Presets select Custom
Width: 1280 (Pixels)
Height: 1010 (Pixels)
Resolution: 72 (Pixels/Inch)
Color Mode: RGB color (8 bit)
Background Contents: White
then click on OK button and you'll get a new white background............................Make your background color black and go to Select--->All (CTRL+A) to select all the photo then press Backspace from keyboard to fill the photo with black color then make your foreground color white and select Text Tool then start Writing what ever you wish.
Write your text with big alphabet no small and the first letter and last one should have same size but the middle ones should be smaller. Each word should be written in a new text layer after you complete writing select all the layer and go to Layer---->Merge Layers to make all the text layers one.

Now it's time to apply some style to the text and to do that click on Layer---->Layer Style then click on Drop Shadow

Highlight Mode: Screen and color should be whit it Opacity must be 70%
Shadow Mode: Multiply and color should be black with 70% opacity.
After doing these all click on okay button

Again we have to add some shine at text, go to Filter---->Render and click on Lens Flare but this time now at center of the image, change it brightness to 72% and select 50-300mm Zoom this time place the sun or the end of the last letter like in here i placed it at end of letter O then click on ok. Again go to Filter--->Render and Lens Flare but this time at place the sun at end of the first letter like in here i placed at end of the letter C, without changing anything click on ok button.
