The wave surfer was not properly positioned for the intended sign, so I found another wave image and combined the two, then cropped "to taste."

A sign frame was created around the image, and the logo was created with the Text Tool, based upon the actual competition T-shirt design.

The surfer was extracted from the background, placed on the beach image, and adjusted

The sign was then placed on the image and skewed for perspective. Posts were added at the base, and a "Cancelled" sign created and added.
