Start opening a new document of 30 by 20 inches and resolution set to 300. Open your mountain image provided by SalsolaStock of the Deviant art and cut the sky using the pen-tool.

Create a new layer and name that layer castle. Open your castle image and cut it using the pen tool. Then paste it over the mountain just like I did below. Castle is provided to us by ReevesStudio of deviantart.

Now open the sky image and bring it in to our main document. Name this layer as sky and put this layer below the other layers. Sky is a good photography result by night-fate-stock.

Create a new layer and place it below the castle and mountain layer. Use a white soft brush of 400 pixels and start applying as I did below.

After that creat a new layer above all layers and apply your ray brushes.

Use those water brushes like I did below.

Apply those water splatters the way I did below.

Then flatten the image. Duplicate the layer and desaturate the duplicated layer. Change the layers blending mode to softlight and there you have it. An awesome looking castle scene...........
