MAke a copy of the layer and makt it black and white by using the tresholt and take a value of 124

reduce the treshold layer and tht copy of the background to one layer..
us the Gaussian Blur filter to make it smoother

As step 3 i saved the Black white trashold pictore and opend it in the Program PhotoPlus X2 where i can use a nice Dot filter for the comic look

as last step i loadet the "dotted" image in Photoshop again. The image is now at the pottom space in the layer list. the colored imag is oter it an a used the modi :Multiply by 74% to blend it togeter..
no i only had to colorize it and make a text in the left over edge of the image (By the colored parts of the picture i used layermasks and the Modi : Color Burn by 100%
