Poke holes in a piece of blue contruction paper. I used thumb tacks for the holes.

Use something to stand the contruction paper upright. Place a light directly behind the paper and a pop can about 2-3 inches in front of that. My camera was about 6-10 inches away and slightly zoomed in.
