Mask the sea from the sky image and paste and transform the ground

Cut the sea from the source 2 and paste in a new layer, set the mode for this layer to overlay and apply a gaussian blur with a strong radius to remove the texture.

Make a new layer in multiply mode and paint the shadows.
Add a levels adjustment layer to boost the light on the part of the image wit the skull and the tree.

On a new layer:
- Add some brush strokes with a white color.
- Filter > Blur > Motion blur with a high value on distance to make the strokes very soft.
- Set the mode of this layer to soft light and transform
- Erase some rays if needed

Crop and add a black & white adjustment layer with a tint to make a duotone effect.
