Use clone stamp tool to remove some of the peak and a liquefy tool to make a little smile.

Make a big eye and some lashes with grass brush.

With fuzzball brush and pink color make some fur and change blending mode to color dodge. Also set layer opacity to 35%.
step 4 of 5
Make an bow using specific brush set and apply some layer effects - satin and bevel and emboss.
