Add in some difuse grey backgound and crop out the bubbles from one cup to place in this one.

Add in some more bubble by the wrist, cropping them from the other surface bubbles, flipping and duplcating them. Using 'multiply' filter to get a better colour in them.
Also, place some droplets on the hand, using black dots, on 'screen', with various drop shadows and and inner/outer glows. Faintly draw in the fingers shadows on the cup's shadow.

Add in the lettering, plus the steam. Make the steam with a soft brush drawing some lines, then smudging them back and forth, and playing on different layers and with transparency.
