Fire Hydrant and sea transparency.

Gave a background and placed sea cutout.

Added sky from sky source and masked it a bit.

Added sky from second sky source.

Used many layer adjustments and masking on sky, sea and the lighthouse. Reached at this image. Then I didctrl+Alt+Shift+E to merge all into single layer on top. Gave that layer an exposure adjustment of -2. Saved it. Then again gave an exposure of +2 and saved it. Finally I opened the 3 images in bridge, selected all 3 and selected photoshop HDR. Then tweaked the settings a bit.
