First, make upper part of mask. Make it from plane.

Then make middle part of mask

Make masks lower part

Then make nose and add Subdivision Surface Modifier to all parts of mask

Cut holes in nose :D

Give some thicknes to mask with Solidify modifier

Then make screw or something like that and add some basic materials to mask.
