select and cut out dummy with pen tool into its own layer

select and cut out plane into its own layer as well....then position over dummy and free transform-warp

create a silhouette by duplicating both the 'dummy' and the 'plane' layers....position the two then cut out half of the dummy before merging the two layers... fill the silhouette by pressing shift, alt, and delete simultaneously....and finally add a gaussian blur
