First background image used was one I took. I was learning HDR photography so this was one of my attempts.

Next the zipper was added at the top.

The Claw hand was added next. I stretched it a bit and changed the opacity to 65%

Added the little girl. Tried to get the lighting to match that of the image by adding a lighting effect.

Added a shadow for the little girl. Duplicated girl image, gradient layer added, distorted adjustment, added gaussian blur. Reduced opacity to 80%

Eye added to image. I used puppet warp on the zipper to get it slightly wider before the eye was added. Zipper was also altered to say 666.

Image with the iris smoothed, formed and color adjusted, opacity changed to 80%

Adjusted curves. Used cross process. Adjusted curves on girl as well.
