started with the background sky gradient

added the road and grass image. got read of the sky, stretched with transform to fit the page and changed the colors.

added the elphant, transformed the trunk to point forward and made him smile a little bit

added the grass image. got rid of the sky, changed the color so it will fit the image, duplicated the layer so it wil fit the width of the image and blured it to make it apper near

added the second grass layer in front, did basically the same procces with it, but blured it a little bit more to for the effect

added clouds brushes, smadged them a little bit, blured them and liquefied them.
added additional fog layer with clouds filter and exposed parts of it with a mask
