First I removed the wooden thing... (cant remember what its called.) And used the clone tool to patch up tree and wall.

Decided to remove wall and add sky with gradient. Stars made by adding noise then making changes till they look right. Made lights with colored brushes.

Added garland with brush found in with photoshop's defaults, and changed brush options.
step 4 of 4
Added moon with distort and blending changes till looked right. Added glow by duplicating layer and blurring. Added finishing touches.
