First layer portait onto painter. Erase excess, adjust opacity.

I then adjusted style or portrait to look like a painting by adding brush strokes and high pass.

Add another copy of original portrait erase everything but the orignal arm coming from the painting. Adjust setting to blend.

I added another layer of the portrait and arm because I'm still learning the smoothest process for photoshop.
