Change to difference @ 76%

Change the Vibrance on the eyes.

New layer of first, Distort Ocean Ripple

Clean up layer (Ocean Ripple)

Add Gradient Layer

Change Hue-Sat on gradient layer
step 14 of 14
Flatten, then Dup. lower, fade, and adjust Dup. Layer. Fatten and done.
