First I took a picture of my horn fish.

Then I cut and cleaned the fish.

Then I dup. and Inverted it.

Then I dup. the second layer and changed the hue/sat.

Then I fattened them, scaled them down and added a black background.

I scaled the penguin down and move it up. Also turned the fish up.

Then I added a cloud layer.

Took the Opacity down to 28% on the clouds. And clean the fish and penguin of the clouds.

Then I add some shadow on the penguin and Fish. Done.
