Magic eraser to remove black bg

Smudge brush to feather hair & fill canvas

Used snowflake brush to make frame, erased inside edges

brushed blue onto skin areas set layer to overlay, on another layer added more blue to eyes and lips also set to overlay
step 5 of 7
added glitter to face, set opacity to 60%
step 6 of 7
with white brush set to 17% opacity I painted the ice around the face overlaying the brush strokes in places to make highlights
step 7 of 7
finally made a snow drift sort of frame, filled with white then used irregular ps brush to erase away the centre, then I applied bevel & emboss effect
