First I cut out the lemon, and replaced it with water. (also save the lemon for later)

The I dup. the picture and flipped it and made it difference.

Then I played with the Hue -180, then the Sat @ +155, and the lightness -11.

Added back the lemon and put it on top and dissolved it to 21%

Made another copy of the layer

Then equalized and play with the hue again.

Then I copied and pasted more water drops

Added another lemon and flipped it over, then placed it on top.

Then turn it over

Add a lens flare the added a layer of clouds and turned it to crome
