Started out with the barrel of the gun. Simple cylinder with alot of boolean (3ds max-tool for cut out)

Complete gun without skins. Used some meshsmooth on the handle.

The babygun was made by the original, but also with Bend-tool to make it baby-like

And then i made some goo

And implemented it all in this simple scene.
