For complete the face, take the trunk you made and duplicate it again twice, merge for give it the face shape.

Take another bunch of tree trunk from the source pic for make another groupo of horns just over the face.

Take a little part of trunk with a colour darker than normal, cut it like an eye hole like you can see in the image, duplicate it, and make another shape bigger for the mouth.

Take another tree trunk part from the source pic, a large one for make the base for arms and foot.

Apply WARP for give a curve to the figure, duplicate it and you have the 2 arms.

Make a cut in the second arm, and paste it in other position for make it not so simetric.

Take the base trunk again, invert it and apply WARP for give leg structure, duplicate it and you have the 2 legs.

Take the most full of trees part from the source pic to make our background, apply Gaussian Blur for give DoF.

Take again a part of trees area part from the source pic to make our floor base.

Cut the woman from the source pic and put her in the scenario.

From the woman's clothes make a cut for create a long dress for our little woman.

Now make the background darker, give the minimum Bright and raise its contrast too. This way we have a night background.

Take a trunk part from the source pic again in "Y" shape, apply WARP to adjust and make the rod.
To this rod give it some BRIGHTNESS and change its color for make it like orange.

Now the figure looks plain, then you must take different trunk parts from the source pic for make the details like fingers, additional horns, eyebrushes and spikes in all the body parts.

The light source will be the rod, then having this clear with the DODGE tool apply the lights in the image layer by layer.

Now with the BURN tool, apply the shadows to the image layer by layer too.

Now is time for one of the slower steps here, with the pen and tablet make kind of hair in all our creation body with the pencil tool, size 1 PX and opacity 100 changing its color every time is needed.

For make the rod light, do a circle with the pencil tool in white color, and apply gaussian blur so much times needed for make it glow.
With the pen tool with white color, do little "lightnings" in the center of the rod.

Finally, apply the sorceress shadow and other shadows that you see are missing.
