Now select the stud and on a new layer (set on colour 16%) paint a blueish tint, set this layer in front of chromed layer..

Merge chromed layer and blue tint layer, open in liquify and add some drops coming out of the arms...

Now take the duplicated chromed layer and add above all and set it to lighten colour 26%
Then take some splashes from the "glass" pic and add to arms to give motion to the image..
