with brush tool and brushes of bubbles made this image

extracted one bubble and with liquify tool started to make the shape

desaturate this layer and duplicate it. to the duplicated layer give an overlay blending with 65% transparency.

put the original violin and desaturate it. put it above the others layers and give it an overlay blending.

choose one part of this image and copy /paste. then, gave overlay blending. again duplicate the layer and give screen blending with 60% transparency.

to create the waterfall extracted one part of the water. the desaturated. levels and then go to channels and duplicate the red channel. give a ctrl+click over the duplicated channel and then go to rgb channel and give a click. then press ctrl+c. now go to your image and press ctrl+v

create a new layer and press render-clouds. then give a layer mask and with a black brush erase the parts you dont want.

and now with a musical notes brush, with differentt sizes, start painting the notes.
