Cut Out Your Image

The image I used is a picture of me a couple of years ago :P

Make a new layer, fill the new layer with black, then put a cloud filter on the layer by going Filters>Renders>Generate cloud

Next make another new layer set the layer mode to overlay and fill the layer in red.

After that make a new group and put the new layer and the cloud layer in it (make sure the new layer is on top of the cloud layer).

On the cloud layer add a layer mask and use a feathered brush to cut out a circle in the middle of the red smoke

Cut out a circular part of your picture of the person with a feathered eraser, then place him in the centre of the red smoke.

After you've done that get a white brush that is very feathered and add a glow type effect behind your picture of you, you don't want to much white just a little bit to make the picture stand out from the background.

After You've done you can add little effects like the stars I've used or the swirly thing I made with the pen, you can also add your name at the top.
