Copied uneaten part of the pear, flipped it onto the eaten part and ended up with a sort of ready made "smiley face" Now.....what to do with it!

Found this image which I thought I might use as background.

Also found this image which gave me the idea to make a pot out of "smiley face".

Put them all together to make one image. Made the top opening for smiley face from the top of the large pot. Copied the ribbed pattern on the large pot onto the other two pots. Used H+S to try match the colours. Added shadow to all three pots. Used photo filter overall, and finished!
