mask out lion and duplicate and multiply blend itself back on top, this will cause it to darken and deepen in both texture and shade
step 2 of 4
Take the back ground and Neon Glow it so that the dark parts get a nice dusty feel to them,
step 3 of 4
duplicate the lion again and puppet warp the surface piece, the take the face off the unwarped piece and place it on the resting lion
step 4 of 4
clone out the background to match and add some light burns to where the head of the lion is resting on his feet
